We can supply GRP gratings cut to size. However, if you wish to saw them yourself, it is advisable to coat the sawn surfaces with resin in
order not to reduce the chemical resistance of the grating (glass fibers are not resistant to chemicals). For this purpose we have a sealant
containing resin and hardener.
A kit consists of 200 g of resin (Cardolite 2500A) and 70 g of hardener (B-component 2009). Both are present in the correct mixing
ratio: 1 part hardener and 3 parts resin. Both products can be mixed in the resin container.
Mix/stir well before first use. The product remains usable for +/- 1 hour after mixing. Apply with a brush.
