Specific Material Description

PA6 G is an unfilled cast polyamide 6. In general, this material has improved mechanical, thermal, dimensional, wear resistant and machining properties with respect to extruded PA6 XT. The maximum allowed continuous service temperature in air is 90 °C with the option of short term temperature peaks up to 170 °C.
The useful temperature range for mechanically loaded applications tends to 80 °C.
