CLINIWALL sheet is a new thermoplastic material for clean room surfaces, indoor wall covering and wall protection in public buildings and hospitals.

This opaque and solid PC/ABS material with a textured surface offers high resistance to shocks, impact and wear. CLINIWALL meets the material requirements set out in the European fire safety regulations as well as the associated sanitary requirements. The product also offers significant savings in terms of cleaning and maintenance costs.

Specific Material Description

LEXAN CLINIWALL sheets meet the requirements of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive as its flame-retardant technology is not based on chlorinated and/or brominated additives. In addition, LEXAN CLINIWALL sheets meet the requirements of the current European standard EN 13501-1, which sets the most stringent fire and smoke requirements. The product has received the best fire and smoke rating for a thermoplastic material (B-s1 d0).

Pre-coloured LEXAN CLINIWALL sheets offer both an excellent finish and wall protection, thereby eliminating the need for painting. This means that no paint particles can come loose when an object touches the wall.
