VikuBoard CP10 All-round panels are non-slip boards constructed from three layers of polypropylene. The core consists of a three-dimensional thermoformed ‘bubble structure’ of PP film and has the same air-filled cavities as the VikuBoard CP10. An anti-slip TPO top layer is thermally laminated onto this core. The underside is provided with a smooth PP cover sheet. This results in an anti-slip floor board that combines an exceptionally light weight with extraordinary stability. This results in a weight saving of 50% compared to e.g. standard wooden floorboards in vans.

Specific Material Description

Polypropylene or PP can be bent an infinite number of times without breaking. By cutting and milling (V-seam) to the bottom of the top layer, the VikuBoard sheet can be bent or folded to both sides without any problems. This seamless folding makes the board extremely suitable for applications in bodywork construction such as interior walls of cars and commercial vehicles.
