Agru Hydroclick is a re-lining system specially developed for the renovation of underground clean water reservoirs and potable water tanks. Hydroclick is KIWA certified. Hydroclick is made of polyethylene (PE 80). This material is mechanically strong, tough and mouldable. It consists of blue (RAL5012) PE 80 sheets / rolls with spacers integrated on one side and “click” studs, assembly profiles and corner and floor sections. The sheets are provided with a protective film on one side.

The mounting profiles are simply screwed to the existing concrete wall. The mounting profiles are manufactured in such a way that the mounting studs of the sheets can be clicked into the profiles. The profile is manufactured using a co-extrusion process. An electrically conducting layer is incorporated in the weldable part of the profile. Thanks to this technique, the quality of the weld can be tested afterwards by means of a breakdown voltage test. The standard length of the profiles is 4 m.
